Celebrate in eco-friendly style while supporting ECHO’s mission and inspiring stewardship of our Lake Champlain Basin. Your guests will enjoy an unforgettable party and after the party, have 100% access to ECHO’s many exhibits including 70 species of animals and more than 100 interactive, hands-on exhibits.
We do the work…
We’ll take care of the details and you take care of the fun. Just bring a cake and whatever refreshments you choose. We provide compostable plates, cups, and washable utensils. You can also choose the ECO PARTY PACKAGE where an ECHO Frisbee is the plate (with a compostable plate nestled inside), a colorful ECHO cup is provided for beverages and comes with a reusable colorful straw. Not only will you brighten up party the décor, you’ll also be providing take-home party favors to boot!
Location, location, location…
Having a birthday party on the waterfront is special and having it in an aquarium and science center is unforgettable! ECHO’s award-winning LEED certified environmentally friendly building provides bright and airy spaces inside as well as outside (weather permitting) for your celebration. ECHO is situated at a hub of alternative transportation on Burlington’s beautiful Waterfront. Encourage your guests to walk, ride their bikes, take the bus, or paddle a canoe! Of course, we also have plenty of parking on site and our building is fully accessible to people of all abilities.
Basic party package includes:
- Admission for up to 14 people*
- A private room or the outside Dealer.com Terrace for two hours to host your event
- Plates, cups and utensils**
- Complete access to ECHO’s exhibits
Eco Party Package Options:
- Cups $1.99/person
- Cups, plate/Frisbee $5.99/person
- Cup, plate/Frisbee, straw $7.99/person
*Additional guests may be included for a charge of $8.50 per adult and $6.00 per youth
**Food and drink must be consumed in the party room we provide
Please note that we unfortunately cannot allow helium balloons into the building, due to our building’s fire-safety detectors.
